Return & Exchange Policy
At Vitamins Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Include all original labels, accessories, and invoice (if available).
2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken safety seals.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products returned after the eligible return period.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange products if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or process a refund where applicable.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash-on-delivery orders may be refunded through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- The product received.
- The packaging.
- The shipping label.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
8. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
- If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
